Online Registration. Register your child online now with the Forest Lake Area School District. Families who are new to our district can enroll by clicking on the attached link. Enroll In Person. Click here to download and print the enrollment forms specific for Forest Lake Elementary School. You can also register your child in person at the schools main office. Return completed enrollment forms via email to khaines@flaschools.org or through the U.S. Mail. If you have any questions, please contact Forest Lake Elementary School at 651-982-3200. 

Are you moving? Changing jobs? If you have changed your home address, email, cell or work telephone numbers, please make sure you let the school know as soon as possible. There are two ways to update family information: Call the FLE main office at 651-982-3200 and speak to Mrs. Haines about any changes that need to be made to your Student Emergency Contact & Confidential Health Information.

If you are not able to contact the school office during business hours, student information can now be updated online through your ParentVue portal account. After you login to your ParentVUE account, choose “Student Info” from the menu on the left. Families can then update their child’s emergency contact & confidential health information. These updates should be completed for only the individuals who live in your household at your address.

If your child lives in two households, each household should have their separate contact information available.

If your child will be picked up or dropped off at an address other than your home address you will need to fill out a bus change form.  You can download the form Bus Stop Change Request and email it to khaines@flaschools.org, drop it off at school, or fax it to 651-982-3299.  Please allow two business days for processing.
